My name is Lily and I am currently studying to receive my Associates in Occupational Studies in Baking and Pastry Arts at the Culinary Institute of America, Greystone. Thank you for joining me on my journey through my culinary career! To say that I grew up around the industry is an understatement. My father used to change my diapers on sacks of flour at his Washington, D.C. based bakery: Uptown Bakers. Having the opportunity to grow up in a bakery gave me some of my favorite childhood memories and helped develop my love of food and experimenting with weird and wonderful ingredients.
